I have always believed that the true value of a conference extends far beyond the event itself. It lies in the ideas it inspires, the paths it opens, and the lasting impact it leaves behind
The conference “Synergy Between Business, Social Responsibility, and Social Impact” holds a meaning for me that goes beyond that of an academic or professional gathering. It has been established in memory of my beloved brother, the late Engineer Mahan Molkara. Although he is no longer with us, I believe his memory can continue to inspire us to build, to grow, and to create a better future
For me, this conference is an effort to connect Mahan’s name with values that I believe can help shape a better future: knowledge, development, entrepreneurship, and a sense of responsibility toward society
Today, the success of a business can no longer be measured solely by its revenue or economic growth. A truly valuable organization is one that creates not only economic value but also meaningful value for people, society, and future generations. From this perspective, I see social responsibility not as a ceremonial gesture or an ancillary activity, but as an integral part of strategic thinking and an essential pillar of sustainable development
This conference has been conceived with the hope of bringing the worlds of business, academia, and society closer together. It seeks to create a space where the experience of business leaders, the knowledge of experts, the ideas of entrepreneurs, and the concerns of social advocates can come together, transforming dialogue into practical solutions and meaningful collaboration
I hope the outcomes of this gathering will extend beyond speeches and the exchange of ideas. Perhaps, for me, the deeper meaning of this endeavor lies precisely here: in the possibility that the memory of someone we love can become the starting point for something meaningful in the lives of others. We cannot fill the void left by those we love, but we can choose to honor their memory by creating opportunities for hope, growth, and positive change
